Service Description
Site-specific survey to determine snake presence at potential hibernacula locations. Follow up surveys must occur in April-May 15 or September to October 15. This survey may require additional hours with additional cost depending on the size of the assessment area, the number of potential hibernacula, and travel time to the site. These surveys are weather dependent and the exact date of the surveys will potentially be modified at the digression of the consulting biologist. Trips more than 50 km from Penticton may be subject to additional mileage fees at standard rates. Direct any questions to mike.dunn@bigpicturebiology.ca. All projects are estimated based on an average project estimation. In rare cases the scale of the project may exceed the number of hours in the estimate. In such cases, the extra hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate outlined in the 1 hr of unspecified field work listed above.
