Phase 1 Assessment

Service Description

A Phase 1 assessment is a visual, historical inspection of a property and its neighbouring properties. The biologist will look for visual evidence of actual or potential contamination, such as historic contamination or current use. This will involve the collection of documents and aerial photos to determine past activities on the site and neighbouring properties. Desktop assessment will occur using current satellite imagery, historic land parcel information, Data BC and Ecological Reports Catalogue. If required book "Additional RPBio Field Time" to add survey time without affecting the reporting time. Prices include 5% GST (GST # 743529877RT001). All projects are estimated based on an average project estimation. In rare cases the scale of the project may exceed the number of hours in the estimate. In such cases, the extra hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate outlined in the 1 hr of unspecified field work listed above.
