Riparian Areas Protection Regulation

Service Description

Assessment of environmental setbacks and mitigation/compensations associated with development. Riparian Area assessments are conducted to a standard level of assessment and reporting as outlined in the Provincial Riparian Area Regulations. The booking includes 4 hours of fieldwork and 8 hours for reporting. Larger surveys may require additional survey time. If required book "Additional RPBio Field Time" to add survey time without affecting the reporting time. Trips more than 50 km from Penticton may be subject to additional mileage fees at standard rates. Please direct questions to the "Add Your Message" or "Contact Me" for more information. Prices include 5% GST (GST # 743529877RT001). All projects are estimated based on an average project estimation. In rare cases the scale of the project may exceed the number of hours in the estimate. In such cases, the extra hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate outlined in the 1 hr of unspecified field work listed above.
