Service Description

This Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) will create a plan to minimize environmental impact effects during the construction and operational phases. The CEMP will be based on the guidelines and recommendations set out in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Sediment and Erosion Control Plan (SECP), BC Best Management Practices (BMP) documents, and recommendations regulatory agencies. This is usually a requirement for new developments. The 30-hour retainer may require an extension for more complex projects. Trips more than 50 km from Penticton may be subject to additional mileage fees at standard rates. Prices include 5% GST (GST # 743529877RT001). All projects are estimated based on an average project estimation. In rare cases the scale of the project may exceed the number of hours in the estimate. In such cases, the extra hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate outlined in the 1 hr of unspecified field work listed above.
